Delete your 2nd Line account

You can permanently delete your account here or from Settings in the 2nd Line app.

What deletion does

• Your sign-in and user-facing account data are permanently removed.
• Access to Twilio numbers stops immediately. Provider release starts at deletion and is retried automatically until confirmed; released numbers may be reassigned.
• Unused tokens and fixed number terms are not refunded.
• Limited security, transaction, and communication records remain in restricted archives for the configured retention period, then are automatically purged.
• A documented, time-limited legal hold may pause purge for a valid official request, dispute, or investigation.
